WordPress › Support » wordpress 3.1 new install: can't create subblogs: "It appears as though my database is all out of whack. There are a total of 43 tables in there (should be more like 17 or so by my estimates). I don't believe that I deleted my previous WP install tables (3.1 beta) before I installed 3.1 final release. I'm going to empty my database and re-install."
